      Purchased tickets to The Friends Experience in *** (through ShowClix). They oversold the event, so I was turned away at the door. I requested a refund immediately - ShowClix acknowledged the request a week later and said it was processed. It never came and they quit answering my follow-up emails asking about it. Almost 8 weeks later, still no refund. Finally chatted with someone at ShowClix who was rude and unhelpful and said they're just a third-party platform (strange excuse for a ticket sales business).This is a very shady business. It's wrong to make people follow-up multiple times to get a refund because of your error.

      I attempted to buy tickets to a music festival. The countdown timer showed a 5:00 clock in the upper right corner. I continually got red error messages, as the timer went down to 0:00 and it exited the screen. I figured my internet was too slow and made arrangements for someone else to purchase the tickets. 23 minutes later, I got a confirmation that my tickets went through (although it never went through while I was on the computer) AFTER the other person had purchased the tickets. This was clearly some glitch between their site and the internet. I immediately contacted them. I have tried by phone. By chat. By email. They have been telling me for FOUR MONTHS that they "will get back to me" and generally do not. They are claiming I agreed to the Terms of Service...which is impossible when your timer ran out and it said you didn't get tickets. Although this was an error on their site they are trying to stick me with a MASSIVE amount of money in tickets. They could have simply refunded one order. They refuse.I am angry because I kept trying to work with them directly and should have disputed it with the credit card. Now that time has passed. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU, IMMEDIATELY DISPUTE IT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY...they will string you along until you are out of time to do that and will NOT help you.

      ShowClix website charged me for too many tickets. They wont let me set up an account on their site. They dont do refunds and dont allow resale. So I must eat the cost for their error. Beware of this shady company.

      I would avoid this company at all costs. There appears to be some fraudulent ticket sales going on here where they fake selling to you but give the ticket brokers your tickets to sell at 10 times the initial cost. I purchased tickets which I never received a confirmation for and was charged the 70+ dollars each. This looks like an FTC issue which I have also raised a complaint with them.

      I have ordered mu ticket on January and I have not yet receive my badge. But when I see in Reddit people already got their badges and they ordered on May and got it two weeks later. They will not reship and I contact the *** and they have told me the package was lost since April and told me to contact the seller to file a claim for it or reshipped it.

      DO NOT USE THIS SITE....they are at least twice as much as their competitors. Avoid this business at all costs.

      I will never purchase from ShowClix again. Unfortunatly it was the only ticket purchasing option for a show we wanted to attend. Today is the day of, and we have tested positive for COVID. We reached out to request a refund or credit for a future show, and NOPE! Unbelievable that they now get to keep our $120, and we get absolutely nothing. Avoid ShowClix at all costs.

      In November 2022 I bought tickets online for an event that I thought was in December. On December 28th we drove over an hour to the location and were met by staff that told us the event would not be opening until 2023 and we shouldn't have been able to buy tickets yet. None of the four people that we spoke with could give us contact information to cancel and get a refund through the event's main office, so one person took my contact information and said that someone would get in touch with me. It's almost a month later and I haven't heard back from anyone. I've tried getting help through the ShowClix website but whenever I open a chat it disconnects, then reconnects but won't allow me to write anything in the text box. There are no phone numbers to call and no email addresses. I could be out over $300 so will never buy tickets to an event if they're being sold through this company.

      After repeated attempts I was eventually able to complete an online chat with a company representative and I subsequently received an email saying that my refund request has been approved. I'll check with my bank in 3 days to see if the funds are credited back.

      this company is awful , they have not sent me my tickets and will not respond to any of my calls .. be very careful with sending information to them and avoid any business with them , I bought my tickets with vivid seats they ended up sending all my information to show clix .. worst experience possible

      I purchased a ticket through them. For some reason my apartment number was deleted from my shipping address. The site had no option to fix this, customer service refused to do anything beyond copy and pasting a response. Item was returned. **** said item can be fixed and reshippwd via Showclix while Showclix said **** had to do it. **** does not change addresses on packages in route for security reasons.
