      I came to replace new tire, and I expected everything is good including wheel alignment, everything else. But, no. Instead of that you did Improper alignment: A vehicle that is out of alignment can put uneven stress on the tie rods, leading to premature wear. when I had new tire, you said EVERYTHING IS GOOD instead of LIED TO ME! TURNED OUT THAT YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME!!!!! YOU DID ADMITTED THAT IT WAS YOUR FAULT, AND I ASK YOU TO FIX IT FOR FREE, BUT INSTEAD OF MAKING ME PAY FOR IT? YOU LITERALLY ADMITTED WRITTEN ON PAPER it said (IT OUR FAULT) sudden making me pay for it! I HAVE EVIDENCE!!It not look good that you actually took advantage of my disabilities and I'm Deaf! But, I'm not stupid!

      I decided to try ******* tire on ************** in ****,***I bought 4 tires from them for $800.00.I then decided to get my **** Escape inspected by *******.I went there and shortly afterwards I got a call telling me I have a hole in my floor and they couldn't proceed with the inspection till that was ********** to me, due to having my Escape maintained by a **** Certified mechanic since I've had it.Anyway,I decided to have it checked over.Not only did I not need anything for inspection BUT THERE IS NO HOLE! I called several times talking to ****.First off,he didn't have a record of me being there, which is totally unprofessional.Then he said he would have to look back at the cameras on that day to see who told me that and would call me back.Needless to say **** never called **** called **** again and this time he said he would speak to his manager and call me back.Again,,NO RETURN CALL.This experience caused me quite an ordeal due to my work requiring my vehicle be inspected within one week.I even filed a complaint with ******* corporate office and even they haven't ************,to all that believes ******* tire on Pittsburgh Ave in ****, Pa is a good place to go.I SAY NO, THEY ARE NOT!

      Our team explained this to the customer and then to her husband via phone. We offered to show the customer after she said it passed somewhere else, and she declined saying not to worry about it. We stand by our inspection and that there was a hole in the driver side floor pan. Two different technicians seen the hole. We take pride in our work standards, customer ********************** and our 4.9 ****** rating with over ***** reviews. We would still like to see this vehicle again with the customer present.

      I wish I didn't even have to leave a single star for this one. I got four new tires on my 4Runner a couple week's ago and I had a terrible experience.1) I was told it was going to take under an hour. They took my car back right away and I sat there for almost three hours.2) I was conned into the "get up to $250 off and 12 month's financing 0% interest" if you use a Good Year credit card, and in reality, I got $150 off, just found out it's only for SIX months, not 12 months, and they couldn't even process the rebate in store because the "system was down" and I had to figure it out the next day on my own (which I'm sure most people don't or forget about it).3) This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the review. I'm a single female and my service *** **** told me that they did an inspection on my breaks and they needed replaced and they could ironically do them today. I said no, I'm taking it to my mechanic next week for my yearly inspection and he will look at it. I take it down to JoJo's in ****** and it passes with flying colors... the breaks were perfectly fine. I called ******* and let them know that they tried to scam me and how wrong this ****** NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. Go to JoJo's in ******. He is honest and fair. HORRIFIC behavior at this place. We don't need businesses like this doing these kinds of things to people.

      We are sorry to read this. Our manager called the customer to discuss but she would not stay on the phone long enough to let me discuss this. She selected tires that qualified for $150 rebate, *****, a very experienced employee, has the same approach with every customer and he never mentions 12 months no interest. She also opened the ******** card prior to coming into the store. She mentions ***** as the person who tried to sell brakes to her, it was a recommendation based on the remaining brake pad thickness, and it came from ****. She was not told that it would fail state inspection, only that they were getting low and would need replaced soon which matches our technician's notes on the work order. We have a solid reputation, good core values and value our customers' satisfaction, as evident by the nearly ***** positive ****** reviews. Our manager, ****, will be happy to discuss further and help resolve.

      Took two full days to do tire change. First day I left my car out front with keys in it with an apt. In morning. They didnt even bother to look outside to see my car sitting there and told me I should have dropped keys off inside ok I can take accountability whatever. So I was told the following day my car would be prioritized. It was not I had to wait a full day again to get my car. Was a complete hassle of getting dropped on and off. Got a crazy quote on a caliper change. The people did not apologize. Felt rude. Ect. Did not feel satisfied at all. I dont know. It just wasnt the best experience at all

      I took my car to get my two front new wheels replaced. They did replace but did not tighten my right wheel. It was making weird noice and tire pressure light was popping up on my screen. I took my car back 3 times to get the tire pressure signal diagnosed and resolve but they were unable to get that done instead told me to go to ***** dealer. Now, who's going to pay for a diagnose fee at *****'s dealer. This TPMS issue came after ******* *********** repair shop replace my front wheels. They are not taking responsibility for what they messed up.

      There is usually not much to do when relearning the wheel positions for the ***** We simply push the buttons for the vehicle to relearn. There could be a battery issue with one of the sensors. Our region manager is in contact with the customer to help resolve If it is something we did then we will take care of it, but that is usually not the case.
