This team did a great job on a build out of my vehicle, great work and service! Easy to order parts and set up an install date, I will be back for another round of work shortly. Thanks team!

Great team, helped me through all of my questions before, during and after the sale. Easy to set appointments up at each of the 3 shops, I plan which one I will use for installation based on my travels up and down the east coast. I will be back for round 2 on my Transit AWD once the next batch of parts arrives. Big thanks to the team in the shop for doing great work on my rig!

My experience with Main Line Overland was poor. They do not seem equipped to deal with problems beyond bolting on parts. I was asked to leave an internet review. Rather than leave a poor one I contacted Taylor Kronuch, their Customer Service Manager. Unfortunately Taylor ignored me. I ordered a bunch of things in September of 2022 for a new Winnebago Revel. I worked with Don Cote who said everything would be in by late October. Then I didn’t hear from them until December. I emailed Don and got no replys. He had left the company. Todd Ireland got back to me on 12/5 saying bring my van in the next day. On 12/8 he emails me that the van is all set except they had the wrong brackets for a light bar. When I picked it up, I asked Todd directly if he would, because of the inconvenience, take care of the cost of the mounting of the light bar/brackets. He said he would. When the brackets came in he told me (cut and pasted from the email he sent me on 12/13), "You can surely wait, it may be a couple hours". I waited over eight hours. Todd told me that he never would have said a couple of hours and he charged me for labor. I explained in an email sent to Taylor Kronuch January 3rd and copied principles, Tom and Matt Henwood. Taylor: “This is not the customer experience we strive for, if there is anything you are interested in adding to your van in the future please reach out to me directly and we will do our best to make this up to you”. I told her I wasn't supposed to be charged for the installation of that light bar and Main Line should compensate me for that, the day they wasted, and to send someone to me to fix an improperly mounted ski box.I asked her “Please do the right thing and take care of this”. I sent her emails the next couple of weeks with no reply. She called January 13 and said she would do nothing to help me. She also clarified that she could “make it up to me” if I bought more stuff. I guess employees lying to customers is okay with her.
