      Filed to pre-qualify for an owner-builder loan on their website and have gotten, so far, 16 calls from other banks with my information. They confirmed First Federal sold them my information, and these banks don't even do owner-builder loans. No where on their online form does it say this is going to be sold to other lenders and even asks for the name of the First Federal loan officer you've talked to. This is absolute BS. 7 calls were all in the same hour with more coming in constantly. This isn't a shopping for loan site, this is a site requesting info from one bank, not all banks.
