    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    Hi so he has talked about dropping vehicle off however he never offered or told me he would be willing to get me into some kind of rental etc while he looks into this the work that I do requires a truck and I can’t just be off work for days cause I have no truck and I have sent his co worker 2 videos of the cold start with very hard knocking like a spoon on a tin can it’s there and it’s loud I even asked if there can be money given back in exchange for me to figure out from ford or a garage what the noise is he didn’t address or explain on here the money that I lost for fixing the rear pinion seal that they told me to drop the truck off at where I was gonna get it fixed then after I tell him it’s done now they say they won’t pay for it they will take it off the other major seal that’s leaking which is the oil pan gasket I can go and get pictures of my driveway and under the truck to shop you it’s not a little leak it’s pretty significant I was stuck with that charge and never helped like told I was going to even if a truck has 130000 miles it should not bang like the rods gonna blow through the side of the motor and I should be addressed of leaks or banging sounds not after you take my 21,000 dollars and leave me screwed to figure it out when it will blow up and when I can fix the other seal I was heavily over charged for this vehicle even in poor condition this was over charged they have been well aware of my concerns since the following morning I had the vehicle when I started it So I would be MORE then WILLING to drop truck off then figure out the oil pan gasket AND the hard banging inside the engine if I can have some sort of rental truck to get around for my work I shouldn’t be stuck without work or a truck and loose money over them taking the truck that they gave me with major issues for when and how long and IF they will even fix the issue there was days I waited several days before the worker mike would get back to me about what we are going to do, like I said I sent 2 additional videos of the cold start noise and the loud banging last night to his cell phone cause I can’t always be there for a cold start so I showed him even showing the miles in the video under warranty

    cold off almost 2 hours boss comes out I start the truck up his mechanic says he hears something could be the cam phasers in the motor then he tells me I don’t really hear to much and I say for the price I paid truck should be making any noises any of these leaks shouldn’t have all these issues he tells me well it has 130000 miles on it it’s gonna make noises and have leaks and not be perfect I told them I’m not happy and I want this taken care of either the knock inside the engine fixed or replaced ice driven the truck a few hundred miles I want the oil pan gasket seal replaced and refunded for the money I put into the rear end seal they keep putting me off buying time and trying to let the 30 days pass or 1000 miles so I’m out of there hair the day I bought the vehicle he told me and my wife to wait in the building while he got it ready and stuff drove it down street for a couple minutes came back let it idle to the point where it was warm that’s why we never heard it at dealer

    My name is Kevin M****** and I'm the Manager at Premiere Auto Sales.  I am aware of this customers concerns, and have spoken with him in-depth.  On Saturday December 2nd he brought the truck in for us to listen to, myself and a Certified Ford Mechanic could not hear any issues with the motor on the truck, we requested he leave it for us to evaluate when it is cold and he declined to do so.  Since the beginning of Mr ********'s complaint we have asked numerous times for him to drop the truck off so we can get the issues looked at, and see if anything would be covered under the Warranty that he has, he has declined to do so.  I personally explained to Mr ******** that every 11 year old vehicle with 130K is going to have minor issues.  We have offered to trade him into another vehicle as well, however he hasn't had interest in doing that.  Thank you for your time.
