  Owner (two letter) came to house and gave proposal to completely place new hvac piping through walls in attic. Seemed very competent and talked a good game (also talked good game about his workout equipment he was trying to ************). When his guys came they completed the job in a week. BIG JOB. BIG MONEY charged $14,000. after paying them I went up to inspect the job (shouldve done PRIOR to paying. ****** learned)-I found new piping went along floor of attic, however INSIDE the walls where piping continued, when I climbed in small hole, I found that THEY CUT OLD PIPING and DUCT TAPED the new to the old. Take note that job agreed to, was to replace ALL piping and replace all with metal piping because we had holes in it from mice. This was causing it to blow insulation in to living space and making us and our young children sick. the owner was made aware and sympathetic stating the job would be fulfilled completely as stated in writing. when I called to explain our disdain to owner that job was half done and not what we agreed to, he was defensive but he stated hed come check work. He never came. He sent his worker instead and the worker explained that the owner quietly told Them to do the job this way to save money. We confronted owner about this and he frustratingly stated he would fix but would take few weeks because busy. After almost a year, many calls and texts, he did not follow through and fix. This propelled us To take legal action and subsequently won hearing. However Payment was not made by owner so we had to take further legal action to obtain monies to which we ended up losing money in the end. Sadly if one Does a background search, one will find that story and outcome isnt unique for this company. Small note:owner can be very demeaning to females (if issues ensue with the job).

  In reply to this customers obvious display of written temper, we can only reply that this work was done for the customer (after another company was contracted and made a complete mess of her home) in 2018. The concerns she is raising in this review were addressed and as she so eloquently noted compensation was paid to her. Let it be known that this all took place FIVE years ago. It was disheartening that we did what we were contracted to do and two-foot piece of flex pipe that was cleaned before new was attached led to the loss we took. Having been in business for over 25 years with over ***** customers in the tri-state area, we can honestly say that we do our utmost to be fair, and professional in all our interactions with our customers. This review in our opinion is laced with hearsay and opinions of a grudge holding former customer.
