    Thank you for the excellent work in replacing our roof, gutters and skylight. Every phase of the project from the original inspection, coordination with our insurance carrier and completion of the work was done in a thorough and professional manner. Communications were always timely and responsive to our questions. The accounting of costs through the insurance process was very clear, accurate and fair.

    I am very impressed with the quality of Tip Top's work and the professionalism of all of your staff. I will strongly recommend Tip Top to others who need roof related assistance.

    Everyone was efficient and pleasant. They worked with us to replace old skylights that were of a size no longer made and also did a great job reshingling our roof that has a 45-degree pitch. With those kind of difficulties one other contractor who gave an estimate implied that our home would be especially difficult (and therefor quoted a higher price), but TTPS indicated they did similar work all the time. Debris removal was great. Their subcontractor who delivered the dumpster was great too: he managed to get it into a tight spot amidst trees. Communication was just right--not too much and not too little.
    The trouble with having a great roofing/skylight company is that you really appreciate them but when they're finished you realize you won't be working with them for a long, long time.
