    This electric company is a shame.a total shame. You call teh 1800 number on electric bill ******. the ********* does not give someone time to put the account I until number in to pay your bill. I think they do it so someone gets aggervated with trying to pay your bill online so they can cut your power off one day late past due date so they can charge all those high service fees. Like thesetheivesdont get enough of our hard working g money. They are a bunch greedy theives. I hate AEP. You always Bunch of crooks. Fix your **** automatic pay give a person time put their information. In system God will grt you in the end. Take advantage of the poor
