    Welp didnt want it to get to this point but definitely being screwed on this deal and the owners dont care so here we go..Not sure where to start. It has been nothing but a regret since day 1. They sold me a "top of the line bosch heat pump and handeler" and charged me to "add" duct work in the basement when they cut through the 2x4s but was told to not open that valve because how "cold the basement is" that was the reason i paid to add said vents. The vent installed to the wall was incorrect size but used it anyway and all you see is 2x4 and drywall through it. The vent that was cut into the duct work is taped over and non functional. My first issue and service was not long after the install for insanely high humidity in the house cause from the bosch unit. And today here we are with the 9th time they have returned to try and make this unit work at all and cant figure it out. 9 times and only fix was replace thermostat. My electric bill in the past 3 months alone and payments to them is well over $3000. That's not including the 8 other times the "thermostat failed" and made my electric bill sky rocket. The last time a service tech had to come was waking up to my heat set at 73 but my house was 53 because the a.c and heat were trying to run at the same time and the condensation from the filter and line freezing are staining the ceiling. I talked to bosch tech support 2 separate times and both of them advised me to use a different company to troubleshoot my issues and to NOT change the thermostat again because there is an issue or was originally installed/wired incorrectly. And good luck getting any type of communication or talk to the owner to express how frustrating it is wasting thousands right before Christmas because all he will do is repeat himself reading off his piece of paper on how he "understands my frustration" do what you will but id spend my hard earned money with a different company. Sad part is thats not even all the issues that ive had.

Thats why weve been in business for over 80 years, sometimes it takes multiple trips, but we wont leave you in limbo and we will make things right. As was mentioned on the post, we are willing to remove the equipment and refund you, if that's how you'd like to proceed. We can also take a look at the electric bill situation you inquired about.     I had Homer Nine come to do a safety furnace check. The tech red flagged my furnace and shut the gas off. They said there was a crack in the heat exchange and I needed a new furnace. They said they could do the jib fir ***** dollars. I called a few other heating businesses to get a quote in hopes to have the job done cheaper. The business that came took the furnace apart and said there was no crack in the heat exchange and that I didn't need a new furnace. I've since told this story to people and was told by them to never use Homer Nine. They are rip offs. Well there ya go. I'm a single woman. I believed them. How do they sleep at night knowing they are fooling people. This is very upsetting. Plus I was charged ***** dollars to shut the gas off. Had to pay the new heating guy ****** dollars to check to see if they could give me a better price only to find our I didn't need a new furnace. I would like to be reimbursed my ***** dollars if nothing else. People need warned about this business. Funny there are no negative reviews. I know several people who have let bad reviews. Thank you for letting me vent.

    Hi *****. I believe our service manager has called trying to follow up on this situation, but has not been able to connect. Our policy on heat exchangers is that we will pull the heat exchanger out and if there is no crack we will install a furnace for free, which is something he would've mentioned on the call. We have been a family business for 80 years, and haven't lasted this long by unethical practices, however, if you feel like there was any error in our diagnosis we will gladly come out and stand by this free furnace policy. We have a lot of training around cracked heat exchangers and take these situations very seriously, which I'm hoping was conveyed by our *********************.     had a visit from Homer9 recently and as usual the service was excellent, courteous, professional and the tech was very knowledgable, assessed problem quickly and clearly informed me of solutions. Homer 0 has served me well since 2006 for furnace, ac, and water heater and never was I less than perfectly satisfied. I carry the maintenance plan for all three items and it is a godsend. Same day service for each call. Best of all, the company and its employees are consistently very kind and always go an extra mile due to my handicap. They all shine with integrity and honesty and that is what I value the most. ******************
