    This business scammed me out of an order for Christmas and I paid extra for overnight delivery. I placed the order on a Friday and I was then told after I cancelled the order on Monday because it wasnt ready or shipped still, that it was too late. Done packaged and ready to go. No refunds. AFTER I messaged them hours prior. And it does NOT state anywhere on the website (which I screen recorded) that orders are printed when ordered and are unable to refund or cancel order. The customer service *** via text messages did not want to help or try to explain. I wouldnt do business with these guys again and I would say if youre in a bind dont trust what their website says. Because what I screenshot on Friday and what theyre telling me via text doesnt add up.

    This customer ordered at 5:45 pm on December 20th (Friday). We processed her order first thing on Monday morning. We printed and packaged the item at 7:26am on December 23rd (Monday). She reached out and asked us to cancel her order at 9 am on the 23rd. We had already printed her customized graphics and were unable to cancel the order. We said we would deliver them by Christmas eve if she ordered by the 20th and paid for overnight shipping. They were delivered on December 23rd at 3:30 pm. She was very rude to our staff numerous times. I'm sorry we couldn't make her happy
