You have rights under the ***** to dispute a debt. This agency does not recognize those rights and continues to hound for monies after being provided proof of what is contested. This company is not able to verify the debt is owed and continues to *******.

CMI keep sending us notices that we owe a specific company for a debt that does not exist. I took it upon myself to call said company, and our account is current and in good standing. Our accounting software also confirms this. The AR representative for said company informed me that they never sent us to CMI or any collection agency for that matter. It's a waste of resources to be sending paper in the mail on made up debts that don't exist. i tried calling, i get put on hold and then transferred, and then put on hold again and then transferred and instead of answering, they just hang up. Seems fraudulent, and I don't know how bbb can give all these corrupt companies a+ scores? oh ya, that is right, they are a for profit company that you can pay for accreditation from. Very deceptive as well.
