    Spoke to Customer Service at Fayette Waste. I indicated my garbage was not picked up. It was timely put curb side. She put me on hold and said the truck broke down and will pick it up next week. I said fine, but I want a credit. I pay roughly $13.00 a week for garbage pick up. She indicated she can not give a credit. I asked why not, it is a weekly service. She said the truck broke down, what should she do? I said it's your business, you don't have another truck the garbage people can use.? Your business is garbage. She then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Is this how you run a business?

    Horrible service , call to complain they tell you supervisor not in the will call you back. My service is Tuesday into Wed I had my garbage out at 2pm on Tuesday they never picked up Wed morning. Nobody's was so i wait till Thursday morning my garbage is still there only mine . I called an asked why my garbage was not picked up they "SAID" the driver "SAID" it was not at the curb. I say that's funny it's been there since Tuesday at 2pm. So big run around a crappy garbage company an I think there are nefarious things going on here . My whole garbage can came up missing one time that's when I didn't have cameras but we about to find out what they song in the mornings at 5am when they come thru... I think this placed needs to be looked into with all these complaints I'm seeing ..
