      The prices are much higher than other stores because the owner is greedy. Stock is never accurate because the store can not keep staff to complete inventory counts. Merchandise is outdated and it still trying to be sold by the store. There is no staff in the shop area from the last hour to half hour of each work day that often results in customers being turned away as only certain staff can sell lawn mowers, weed whackers, etc. There is a large lack of communication as the owner micromanages everything so staff is unaware what is really happening day to day . Orders placed online for pickup in store are done in a quickly manner as only 2 staff are trained to retrieve orders. Staff always push to sell you other items at the counter that you did not plan or want to purchase. Counter is crowded with so much stuff that there is little room for items being purchased. Sale price tags are often left up after sales confusing customers or sale tags are not even on products at the beginning of the month . It takes the store several days to get them on the merchandise. The items outside the store are not labeled well or at all. Bags are ripped open and contents are often scattered around. Long wait times to get bulk items from warehouse and at times given wrong merchandise causing waste of time to get refund. Inventory counts are often wrong that staff sell merchandise that the store doesn’t even have there . I am hoping someone reads this and addresses these issues as they have been going on for a long time Thank you
