    *Incompetent, sexist, patronizing staff
    *Outrageously rude customer service
    *Attempts at overcharging

A worker arrived at our home to install a high-end water purification system. As soon as he walked in, he tried to give a different estimate that was way higher than the original quote they gave me at booking. He also was not confident in installing the system—stating that he would have to read the manual & it would take at least 2 hours.

Once they started, a communication breakdown occurred between him and I when I made multiple attempts to calmly ask a question (about how our old faucet would function after installation). He kept misinterpreting what I was asking. After my 3rd attempt, he became annoyed.

He was very rude, condescending, and insulting towards me.

In a patronizing & sarcastic way, (in front of the other worker) -who he seemed to be trying to impress, he told me to "go back upstairs" and "get back to work" and that I was "asking too many questions ". Then said, "Miss, if you keep asking so many questions, we will charge you more money for this service".

I felt uncomfortable & I told my husband what this worker said. My husband questioned him.

Instead of trying to rectify the situation, he justified his disrespect. He told my husband I asked him the same question too many times—-instead of admitting that HE actually didn't get my question.

He didn’t admit it was a simple misunderstanding and volunteered to terminate the job. In turn, I agreed & asserted that I would not be spoken to that way in my home.

They left everything a mess. Our sink had brown water coming out of it, & sink cabinets were off the hinges.

He told his boss a false narrative-that we kicked him out for no reason. When we called the company to discuss, they came 100% to his defense, instead of listening to a word of our side.

We were treated in a dismissive way, as if we were automatically in the wrong & unreasonable for being upset at what occurred.
