    Terrible business/investment never made money from it terrible communication spent 25k on Amazon store for his over seas workers to get it suspended within 6 months and never get it back running currently trying to get money back but of course he doesn’t respond to no emails, messages and calls BEWARE he is currently promoting a new AI scheme on social media

    I partnered with Roughnecks in early 2022 and wanted to do the dropshipping model, but they floated an FBA model since they had recently partnered with Ecom Solutions and we went with it. Unfortunately it was a disaster as the ECOM Solution platform was/is a disaster. They would order products that had good sales metrics at the time, but when the products would become available 3, 4.. up to 6 months later.. The price had already tanked and they would not allow us to cancel the order. This was the case for over half my orders that Roughnecks purchased on my behalf. Their sourcing was also subpar and I questioned a lot of the purchased because they made no since. They would purchased enough inventory for 2-3 months.. but do that across 3-4 stores.. so I would have a years worth of inventory for a lot of orders. My last purchase was December 22' or January 23' and I still have ~20 listings that haven't sold. I am sure there were many complaints because they offered to switch us back to the Dropshipping model free of charge in early 2023 while they did some other business stuff with Ecom Solutions. The results weren't that good and their customer service was awful compared to the FBA side. They offered Online Arbitrage as well after a few weeks but I could see the writing on the wall. I believe he had good intentions, but the model he wasn't working at all and the swapping of business models several times showed that either people weren't happy or the current model wasn't good. We parted ways in May 2023. I saw a couple facebook advertisements and figured I would leave this if there were no reviews so people could be aware of a past client of theirs. This adventure cost me over 35k.
