    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been scammed by Gotta Go Potties Inc. since day one. Gotta Go Potties Inc. staff are not looking for your best interest and doing lasting business within the community. Rather the staff is looking to see how much money they can get from you. After speaking with my neighbors, it has been confirmed that Gotta Go Potties Inc. has been using the same line on the entire neighborhood, "You have been dumping grease down the drain and as a result you need a septic clean out". This drain cleaning has to take place every couple of months because the entire system stops. The only problem is that the home has been empty for months. Just recently, I was given a quote as they stated that the panel needed to be replaced. I was informed to contact the water company because I had some form of running water that was also causing the backup issue. I then contacted the water company for a diagnostic test before going through with the job. Once the review was completed Gotta Go Potties Inc. stated that after the couple of months the job went up $900 due to inflation. At this point I decided to speak to another company, and I was told that the panel box had no issues and confirmed that the panel they were attempting to replace was in good working order. Buyer beware!
