"This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a plumbing company we had a backup from the sewer into our basement we called Roto-Rooter right away they sent a guy out and he told us that he would not be able to snake the drain because there was a bend in the pipe that he wasn't sure he would get through with the snake so he said that they would be back the next day to do the jetting he never checked the pipe to see if it was pressurized however assumed it was and ended up ordering a pump truck for the next day the next day two other gentlemen showed up one with a jetting truck one with a pump truck they came into our basement and said that some piping was on wrong and that's where the clog probably was and said that he was going to drill a hole in that part of the pipe and clear the drain out there but we would need further assistance down the line to fix the piping that was on wrong and he was going to quote us an estimate that day for them to come back and get that done he proceeded to drill a hole in the top of our sewer pipe and use the jetting from that spot to clear it out he did get the drain cleared but however duct tape the hole on the sewer drain in my opinion that is disgusting and it is going to make us have issues and the job was not done correctly there should be a way for him to close that up properly also we were charged for the pump truck that was never used and he knew right from the beginning when he drilled that hole in the top of the pipe that he was not going to use that pump truck and should have sent that man and that truck away and never did he stated to me that he needed the man there with him I don't know for what because the man walked around my property smoking cigarettes the whole time and did nothing so we had to pay for a pump truck.
