My son took his car to next level audio. The car had a misfire in one of the cylinders. A technician at next level audio told him it was the coil pack. They charged him $271.64 for the coil pack and $125 for labor. My experience working on cars and part prices told me this price was a major RIPOFF. The coil pack can be bought online for $40 to$80. I called the auto zone parts store and they quoted me a price of $107 for the coil pack. They charged $125 for labor. It should have taken an experienced mechanic 5 minutes to change the coil pack. Only three small bolts directly on to of the engine. By my calculations it should have cost no more than $200. I have checked and there is no where on the planet that this particular coil pack would have cost $271. Next Level Audio ripped us off. They are located along route 611 in ***********, **.

I Reginald Washington had my 2023 Acrua TLX tinted at Next Level Audio, on or about March 2023 about a month later had to bring my car back to get it done over which the owner (Ben) admitted that the new product used was no good and installer was fired. After the second time done maybe another month I seen spots and other in fractions and a cut in my side rear glass, called the owner numerous of time a left messages and never got call back, I went to another window tint company and asked there opinion they said it was terrible job and it would cost 350.00 to remove and tint over, I presently live North Carolina the owner Ben knows that. I would appreciate if you would contact Next Level Audio to pay what cost to remove and tint my car over. Respectfully Submitted, Reginald Washington
