    I ordered a head unit from these jokers and I had never ending issues out of my $1,300 stereo unit. I sent numerous emails and was promised phone calls back but never received any. They kept making excuses regarding my call back. Never have heard from them. Looks like they may have even went out of business without any warnings. I'd give 0 stars if possible

    BEWARE - Poor product and worse customer service I purchased the original JK2001 and had connectivity issues from day 1. Insane Audio's customer service department's resolution was to send new antennas for the Bluetooth. Unsurprisingly, this did not fix my issue and after many emails and an inordinate amount of time, they finally sent me a second unit. This unit did work for several months, but ultimately started having other issues such as not playing anything through the speakers. Again, after many emails and extended amount of time, they reluctantly sent me a third unit. Again, the replacement unit has connectivity issues and does not work as it should. Upon even more emails and even more wasted time, the resolution to my requesting a refund was to tell me an update will be available soon which should correct my issue. $1300 is a lot of money to pay for a head unit that does not work, not to mention the excessive amount of time wasted changing out head units, waiting a week or more for a reply, and attempting generic ideas such as "reboot the unit", "tighten the antenna", etc. To say that I am disappointed with not only the product but also the customer service would be an understatement.
