    We hired this company in October 2023 to install a new Renai heating system. From the very beginning we have had nothing but problems. We couldn’t regulate the heat in several of the rooms. My husband tried to contact Mark Raser the owner by phone but despite leaving several messages didn’t get any response. He then emailed him and received an automated reply stating that someone would contact us shortly. No one ever did. On January 27th we had no hot water so I called Mark at the number listed on his business card but couldn’t even connect to his phone after 7 attempts so I sent an email. Again I received an automated response. On Sunday January 28th I tried again, this time it connected so I left a voice message. No response. I’ve tried again today with no response. He gave us many verbal assurances that we had a one year guarantee on his work. His word is useless. We are now desperately trying to find someone to help us before our pipes freeze but no one seems to want to touch this job because it’s still under warranty by Renai. I am only leaving a one star rating because I can’t post the review without adding a star.
