  I was treated with respect and curtesy by Mr. Glass. He explained how his company's process works and made an offer for my car that was very much in line with the initial number that was presented before he saw my car. The final number was very fair and was more than what I expected to receive. The entire process took less than 90 minutes. I highly recommend this company and Mr. Glass, who I assume is the single employee in the St Louis area.

  Bit of a scam outfit. Offered us $1075 to get us in. Once we got there it turned out to be $125. Don’t really recommend them due to that.

  Mylann was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. He was certailny professional and coutious at all times. It happens to be the second time we have used this company. The staff has always been great and the price provided through the purchase process is very fair to vehicle condition. The traditional method of trading in at a dealership will be replaced with this business model.

  We bought a new vehicle and looked to trade our 2012 Ford Edge Limited but was offered a lower value than I thought it should be. Decided to look outside the normal trading in process, and researched ***************. Based on their jingle, and some other web site valuations, I didn't expect much. I entered all the information on the web site and the estimated amount was in the ballpark of what I thought the vehicle would fetch. While thinking it over, the Cornelius NC Branch Manager (Greg L******) gave me a call to ask a couple of questions and allow me to ask questions on how the process would work. I was still skeptical of how much would actually be offered, but I booked an evaluation time anyway.. I showed up for the evaluation and was immediately put to ease about the process by Greg's easy going and honest relay of information. He explained what he was doing while evaluating the car, and answered all my questions. The resulting payment was a bit lower than the online estimate. There was a crash report (no body damage but new bumper facia and paint) that reduced the estimate. The final number was right in the ball park I was expecting ($2000 more than dealer offered). The entire process (evaluation, paperwork, printing check) was really quick (inside an hour). If I have a need to sell another vehicle, I will be calling Greg

  Kyle, the Branch Manager of the Reading office, handled everything in a very efficient way. Selling my car through this office was a simple process. I made an appointment and was in and out with a check in my hand in less than an hour. I feel I received a very fair price for my car. I would recommend this office to anyone intrested in selling a car.
