      Our branch representative was Shawn Walker. He was very professional, going slowly around the entire car, inside and out, including the trunk and the engine compartment. I did not understand everything which he did, but he explained what we needed to know. He reminded us that we needed to take the license plate to the local PENDOT office. He was personable, interacting easily with me, my wife and my daughter. He (or his company's algorithm) gave us what we regarded as a very good price for our old car. We would be happy to recommend him and/or his company to any of our friends and relatives who need to dispose of an old car. The cash price far exceeds what one could get by donating to a charity and taking a tax deduction.
