      The process was easy and relatively fast. I liked that a representative called me minutes after I scheduled my appointment online to let me know what to bring and what to expect. At the site, Dan was very friendly, explained the process and paperwork very clearly, and we felt no pressure at all. We thought the price offered for our car was fair and we were given our check on the spot.

      Stephen was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Without going into great detail, tho, he found a flaw which could conceivably amount to a safety issue at some future time, following which he spent considerable time lecturing on the scary scenarios that could develop out of that flaw. I got the feeling, however, that his goal was actually to keep the payout as low as possible. Otherwise, the process went very smoothly and tho I'm a little disappointed with the price we got, the time and aggravation saved is probably worth the difference.
