      I didn't know about webuyanycar.com until just a couple of days ago. The process of selling my car was made quite easy--first introduced my car's information online and the next morning got a call confirming my appointment at the Brookpark branch. Joshua (branch manager), did a great job in walking me through the process.

      The experience was quick and simple. The agent Len J**** was personable and easy going. We were in and out in about and hour. He bent over backwards to make the transition as painless as possible and printed me a check right there. I was an enlightening experience. Thanks Len.

      Nick B did a great job for us at the Willow Grove location. A very fast and transparent process. I am very satisfied. If I ever have another car to sell I would not hesitate to do business with Webuyanycar again.

      A pretty classic bait and switch. They made an offer that was ok, but that I wasn't interested in. A week later, without any additional input from me, the raised the offer to a number that was more attractive. I made an appointment to have the car assessed in person and during the call , the representative lowered the offer back to the original number. He claimed the higher offer was based on inaccurate description of the car but I hadn't changed the description or done anything at all, in fact.
      The company obviously just made a higher offer to try to get me back into the process then yanked it immediately away. That is dishonest and typical "used car salesman" behavior, It was very disappointing. I cannot recommend doing business with them.
      The first offer wasn't outrageously low, they should have had the integrity to stand by it instead of playing silly games, Maybe its just the branch in Reading, Ohio.
