    This service has my money ($43) but won't send the identification card I ordered for my service dog, Mickey M****** King. This was ordered Nov. 8, 2023. They keep giving me the run-around with excuses and blaming me. Now, they want to charge an extra $5 to send it. I have been in contact with them numerous times letting them know I haven't received the card I paid for and ordered - just more excuses and the blame game!

    Went to the My Service Animal website. Checked out the size of vest to order per their chart. My standard poodle is 68 pounds and 26 inches tall. Their chart says a medium is for dogs 24 - 30 inches tall weighing from 61 - 76 pounds. The vest arrived and is woefully too small. When I sent them an email describing the problem this is the response I got:
    "We can offer 2 options please choose one:
    1. Keep the old harness and purchase a new one with 40% discount
    2. Return the old one and purchase a new one with 20% discount "
    I suggested that it would be more helpful if I paid to return the vest and they sent out a large vest charging me for any difference in price between medium and large.
    Their response was enlightening - they weren't going to help me and offered the following:
    "So do you want to send us the old one and purchase a new one?
    Or keep old one and purchase new one with 40% off "
    Clearly these folks are not interested in happy customers - I suggest you avoid them.
