Ive only received payment on time once. For every other completed survey, *** had to submit multiple follow-ups, both via email and their website form, just to get paid. I am often left waiting nearly three months. Its incredibly frustrating. On top of that, theyve sometimes underpaid me compared to the agreed-upon amount. I complete a wide range of medical surveys while traveling, and MedSurveys are consistently more cumbersome and time-consuming than those from other companies.
