  New2 stars for the "nicenest" of the employees that come to your house.Originally called for a clog in pipeline which led to a break in the line (understandable since it is an old house). From there lead to the workers coming up with a plan to reroute into other plumbing nearby (which I had to wait a week for bc it was Friday and the worker didn't want to be at my house "til 7", this was 2pm).After it was fixed another worker had to re fix bc it wasn't done properly,still leaked all over bedroom.Had I known this would turn into a plumbing disaster I would've call my normal trusted professional.Rossi Rooter was at my house 6 times in 3 weeks , which I or my tenant had to miss work ****** the end , in 24hrs of them being there my "shower valve" went which caused another leak. At this point my tenant had to take off another day of work to meet with workers. They never came back after leaving to get the part or call to say it need to be ordered, this was at 10am. At 2pm , I called the office and spoke to ***** (Manager) then he told me the part would need to be order and cost $500 for the part and total $850 with ******** this time I googled the part and saw it was available at a local part store being a universal part and about *********** learned, I called my normal guy and he had it done the next morning for $375.I called RR back and ***** didn't want to get on the phone so I asked for them to relay the message of thank you for trying to rip me off hundreds of dollars. Either he was trying to make up for all the labor his workers had to be at my house or maybe bc I'm a woman.Regardless, DONT CALL ROSSI ROOTER!!!!!!

  Rossi Rooter is a very talented, genuine and hardworking group of employees. They helped my husband and I in a very complex situation with a lot of care and support. Rossi Rooters communication is terrific and effective. They return calls rapidly and they ensure the customers needs are met. Their prices are very reasonable. I believe they are the best plumbing & septic tank company in ****. Because the plumbers we had before them were not genuine and neither were their prices. Rossi Rooter is terrific to work with!
