  After decades of being a customer I'm thinking about looking for another tow service. Called for a flat tire change and waited and waited with no callback or update. A state trooper stopped and assisted me.

  AAA North Penn greatly apologizes for the recent service experience. Similar calls typically have a wait time of ***** minutes depending on the road service providers location and availability. We were not aware there was a wait time issue when the service call was cancelled. We will strive to improve our messaging on average waiting time.

  I called AAA at 6:43am broken down in an unsafe construction zone.5 phone calls back and forth and they never showed up saying they couldnt find me, though they had my phone pinging and I was right at a mile marker. They lied 5x and said they were on their way and gave me estimates that were all over the place and just got longer. I was finally saved by a sheriffs deputy after we called the non emergency number at 9:17am!! Never heard a word back from AAA that they actually ever showed even after I was gone. No call from an actual tow company that they were coming either.I have heard many complaints about this over the past couple of years and its absolutely ridiculous that we pay for a service and they dont deliver!

  My husband and I recently returned after 6 years with the Army in Germany. We have lived and been faithful members of AAA anytime we were stateside. We visited the Northeast Penn for title and registration information and were vehemently mistreated by one of their representatives Maria Slocum. My favorite bit was when she said we weren't military, even tho my husband has been with the army 18 years, only recently staying on as a civilian. Thank you AAA North Penn for showing how meaningless our sacrifice is to your workers. God bless America.

  We are sorry to hear about the bad experience. The intention of our employee was not to discredit any affiliation with the Army, but only to follow proper procedures for the consumer's request. A request was made for a military sales tax exemption on the transaction, however, the required paperwork needed to verify and validate that request could not be presented to the employee.

  Their website SUCKS. I can't even register an account there so that I could renew my AAA membership online. I guess I'm just going to have to keep sending my payment SNAIL mail by U.S. Postal Service, which sucks too. They take a month now to send bills.... NOT MY FAULT!!!!
