0 stars. Sandy Lake was the most unprofessional, dishonest and careless business's I've ever dealt with and will warn anyone to avoid doing business. As they also refuse to have customer comments or rating on their ******** page I'm sure for this reason of other complaints as well. 1.) They first gave information over the phone for a tractor but when I went in person they were snippy to me that the information was incorrect and there's nothing they could do about it. 2.) I specifically asked for a second tractor, that had a mower deck with it in the lot, as well so I could use both for parts as the 1st one wasn't running well and asked them to deliver after 3pm, which I have written proof of them stating yes through all saved ******** messages. 3.) They decided to deliver in the AM, while I was working and they were aware of, and also drove through my yard creating a ditch. 4.) I took pictures of the ditch and the driver and returned to the business to complain and they said they didn't care. 5.) They dropped off both mowers, the 2nd without the mower deck that was with it, in the middle of my driveway and lawn, where I could not pull in nor move these non working mowers and refused to help. 6.) I again called to complain and me and my wife were met with horrible attitudes and Sandy Lake blocked both of us on ******** and ignored our calls. 7.) We then had to demand they come back, take both mowers and refund us in full because we were so poorly treated that we did not want to give them our business after such a horrible and unprofessional experience.

A previous complaint was filed by ********************* regarding this matter and was disputed due to the sale being made with ***************************. In response to ****************** complaint, Sandy Lake Implements ******** page was created February 17, 2011, at no time have customer reviews/comments been accessible. Below are responses to ****************** complaint.1.) ****************** called in and inquired about a used Cub Cadet lawn mower. He was advised it was being sold as is. 2.) ****************** did not ask for a second a tractor, he inquired about getting parts for the mower he was looking at. ****************** was told about a cub cadet mower in the salvage yard. Sandy Lake Implement said he could have the salvaged mower at no cost. ****************** was told Sandy Lake Implement was not removing the rim/blown tire on the salvaged mower, since he was not being charged. Both units were AS IS. ****************** agreed to take the 2nd mower as is. ****************** stated he would pay cash for the mowers upon delivery and asked if they could be delivered after 3pm. ****************** later called in and paid with a credit card so he did not have to be home and give the driver cash, therefore we could deliver the mowers at any time. ****************** was advised Sandy Lake Implement has a 3% debit/credit card fee on all equipment/units/wholegoods, however the fee would be waived, onetime. 3.) ****************** called in and paid with a credit card so he did not have to be home and give the driver cash, therefore we could deliver the mowers at any time. At no time did Sandy Lake Implement create a ditch by driving through his yard. The damaged property is a driveway reflector which Sandy Lake Implement offered to ship a new one, ************ declined. 4.) The pictures that were taken are of the co-owners removing the equipment from ****************** property. A ditch was not created. A $5.00 driveway marker was broken and Sandy Lake Implement offered to ship a new marker and the offer was declined.. 5.) The 2nd mower never had a mower deck. The mowers were not dropped off in the middle of his driveway, they were placed by his garage. ****************** had complete access to his driveway. The 1st mower was a working mower, the 2nd mower ****************** was aware there was only one rim/blown tire and was not mobile. ****************** could have easily hooked the working mower to the non-working mower and moved it to his desired location.6.) ****************** nor ************ placed a phone call to Sandy Lake Implement after the mowers were delivered. ************ sent ******** messages berating and harassing Sandy Lake Implement.7.) Both ****************** and ************ was advised the mowers were sold as is and as stated on the bottom of our invoice Equipment/Units/Wholegoods are NOT returnable. ****************** girlfriend/wife continued with the harassing ******** messages. It was at that time the owners drove to the home of ****************** and retrieved the mowers. ****************** and ************ were advised a refund must go back on the credit card used to make the purchase. It took 3 days for credit card information to be provided to process the refund.************ was blocked from Sandy Lake Implements social media due to harassment. ************ additionally filed a complaint with the BBB in 2023. Now one year later ****************** is filing the same complaint.

*et fix your lies. 1. There was a mower deck, that's why I wanted the whole tractor for parts. 2. The mower was not dropped off by the garage like I asked but right in the middle of the * bend that our driveway has along with the non move able parts tractor that took 2 of your ppl to load back on your trailer (video proof of this can be provided) 3. When your driver backed into the driveway he hit the driveway marker and rutted up the yard when he missed the driveway. You told me explicitly "we will only reimburse you for damages with proof" we have video and pictures but you still denied any responsibility. We will gladly show these to you again should you want to make things right and pay for damages. 4. The report was filed in 2023 but you denied it because my wife filed it under her name and you "couldnt find her as a customer" because my name only was on the receipt. I have the email from BBB saying this and I had to file again under my name.
