    We contracted Travis and his team to a $40,000 job back in the summer of 2021. His communication and professionalism throughout the process has been disappointing to say the least. One of his team members crashed a back hoe into the front of my house which resulted in an insurance claim to replace 2 windows and some stone work. His team has had to come back numerous times to address issues with the original work thay was not done properly. This was not because they wanted to, we had to reach out to them after everytime they did some work to address concerns. We have had pavers shift and crack, plants die, and even had a hill of mulch basically avalanche into my yard because the design was faulty. On July 19, 2023 we were told, "In the fall we will replace the ferns. We will also fill in the tire tracks and edge of the patio with soil." We have not heard from Travis since and these problems have yet to be adressed. We would not recommenend Garden Creations to anyone looking to upgrade their property. We will be looking for a trustworthy landscaper to maintain our property and address the problem areas Garden Creations left for us to deal with.
