    Todd D*** is very unprofessional and unethical! My washer broke only after 5 months (which is another issue) so I called GE which they said they could not come out until a week later but gave me Todd Electronics number. I called and he said he would come out between 7 to 9pm that evening (which sort of through me off but my husband was home so ok). He never showed up until 9:35pm. We had the porch light and all of the lights off in the house. He never called saying he was running late. My husband answered the door and this guy pretty much pushes his way in. He was there maybe 5 minutes pushed a few buttons and said he would order parts which would take 2 to 3 days to come in. He charged me $85 for a service fee and said GE will not cover that. Well, something just didn’t feel right so I called GE and explained what happened. They said he should have never charged you and coming out that late was not right. I asked if she could look up to see if he ordered any parts cause I didn’t feel comfortable with him doing the work. She looked it up and said he did not order any parts but had cancelled the req# stating that I had cancelled with him!!! Needless to say GE is reimbursing me for the service fee which is covered under warranty. I told GE he should not be contracted through them as he is unprofessional and does not represent GE very well!! The money isn’t a lot but people need to know he is a scammer!! I wish I would have read reviews before he came to my house!! Do not trust Todd’s Electronics (Todd D***)!!!!
