I received a text message asking if I liked the finished product. I expressed my concerns and was met with a bunch of back and forth from ***** about how he came out of pocket for materials and some other made up nonsense. I was told that the rain would clear up the mess left behind. ***** came out and took measurements while I was shopping around. It was clear that we wanted the fence to go out to the property lines. Well on the one side of the house ***** chose to shorten the fence line by about 7-8 feet. I gave him a call and addressed my concerns about the gate opening width and the potential loss of 7-8 foot of yard. ***** responded with a new quote. I accepted the new quote. KEEP IN MIND THE CONVERSATION ABOUT THE REMOVAL OF THE EXCESS DIRT, WIDENING THE OPENING OF THE **** AND TAKING THE ***** TO ALL PROPERTY LINES WERE DISCUSSED WHILE I WAS AWAITING HOA APPROVALDanny wants me to believe that he GAVE me extra fencing at no extra cost AFTER learning that Im unhappy with the way he left my yard. He then stated its no biggie. Well clearly its a biggie because he adjusted the price long before I got approved and now claims that he paid out of pocket for my fencing. I had multiple companies come out for estimates. The prices werent much different. DZS fencing came recommended by a concrete contractor who did excellent work for me in the past. I trusted that DZS took pride in their work just as the concrete contractor did. Sadly I was mistaken. DZS fencing takes short cuts, lies on their contracts and the crew is very lazy. They dont respect peoples property and expect customers to accept the mess the company leaves behind. I could understand if this was never discussed but thats not how it happened. IT WAS DISCUSSED MULTIPLE TIMESOnce the holes were drilled, there were small piles of dirt that could have been scooped into a shovel, they chose to make it an eye sore. Im very disappointed and would like others to know the truth about this company.
