    What a horrific experience. I merely went to have my car washed...My car glass was shattered due to their faulty equipment. I nearly lost my life due to the smashed windshield glass. I blasted my horn to get the attendants attention....They waited 20+ minutes before they shut the equipment down...Attendants took way too long to stop the machine and get me out of danger. Meanwhile, I had glass fragments all over me and suffered cuts on my hand and arms. I am also having nightmares now about this whole ordeal. I am scared now to go to another car wash....This business refuses to take ownership. They are not cooperative with providing their insurance info or even to law enforcement...Manager on duty was extremely arrogant towards me during the entire ordeal. In addition, this car wash had a computer malfunction back in mid-September and even prior to that had to shut down due to their malfunctioning equipment. All I know is that I will never ever use this facility again and will let all my friends and family know what happened and how very poorly I was treated. I really hope everyone who reads this takes it seriously. This business clearly deserves to be closed down due to sheer negligence.
