      We just did a series of art shows and sales, and we could not have been this successful without Giclee Today. We actually did a few prints with a different company and the quality and vibrancy of colors was nowhere near the canvases that we got from Giclee Today. From dropshipping option to their care in packaging, Giclee Today is the best we've found.

      Here at the Reading Film Office, we wanted to create a very special collectable poster to celebrate our 9th Annual Film Festival. We had a local artist create an outstanding image and shopped all around for the best price/highest quality fine art print shop from Internet Shops to facilities in Philadelphia. We selected Giclee Today and are very glad we did. Chris and his team delivered on every promise. The paper, the vibrant colors. Outstanding quality. Each poster came individually wrapped, which made life easy for our staff. Color us HAPPY. Highly recommend them.

      I made a fairly sizeable order after using Giclee Today for many years for dropship printing and they exceeded my expectations in pretty much every way. The print quality was outstanding, the quantities were correct or more than I ordered, and the shipping was basically perfect. Over a thousand prints arrived without a single ding, scratch, or dimple.

      Fantastic customer service and their product exceeded all expectations. Arrived in perfect condition within the expected shipping time frame. I’m a digital artist and the colors are more precise and vivid than I ever would have imagined. Will use this company for all of my prints in the future.

      So far, I cannot speak to the quality of their work. But this review is about their customer service. 1. I'm on day three of leaving voicemails and emails. NO replies yet. You'd think they might try a little to make a potential new customer feel like they are in good hands. 2. Trying to call and use their phone/company directory to see if I can get anyone that way. It's an option on their voicemail to do so. The directly has no listings. 3. The hours of operation on their site (as well as here) are wrong. 7:00-3:00, not the advertised 8:00-4:00. In the face of a time crunch, I placed an order anyway for an upcoming open studio event. Perhaps the low prices aren't worth it and I should revert back to **************** for my prints. Also, I'm curious about the reviews of this place. The reviews here are overwhelmingly positive. On ****...overwhelmingly negative. ???

      Very poor quality control and customer service. I would recommend staying away. They do not care about you or your print, they just want your money.

      This customer did not follow proofing instructions. We explained this several times to the client over the past few months. The client continued to send emails and phone messages with cursing and terrible language toward our staff. We care about our clients and you can see many great reviews here on BBB from our great clients.

The prints were carefully packaged for shipping and well protected, which gives me peace of mind.
