  I was very disappointed with the service I received from ***** at JWS Mechanical.***** was hired to connect plumbing in my vanity and snake my sewer line in the basement due to it backing up.He was at my home for about approximately 1 hour. Claimed my sewer line was cleared and my vanity was all set Next day I opened the door to my vanity to discover there was water on the wood, meaning the trap was leaking.I took a pic and texted ***** to let him know it was leaking , he basically stated it was because the trap couldnt sit properly due to the shelf in the basement. Somehow this was my and the vanitys fault.As a professional once you seen the trap wasnt going to sit right due the shelving you let the customer know that youll have to cut into the shelving or remove it. Very simple.Then the following day my sewer was backing up and he claimed he had to charge me to come back out cause he cleared it as best he could.I hired A1 sewer to clear the sewer and they stated the trap was still blocked they cleared it and offered me a 2 month guarantee. I paid ***** 325 for his services, yet he has not come back to correct the plumbing in my vanity which he offered by the way. He also stated.Do Not Recommend!

  As I regret to have any derogatory reviews on my profile there were a few facts that were left out of the above review. My initial visit was for a leaking toilet. Upon my arrival it was known by the customer that it had stopped leaking earlier that day. There was no fee charged for that visit. Vanity in question was repositioned after I left which shifted p-trap and caused it to leak. Building drain had a blockage in rear of building drain, which was the only item backing up, which I completed standard practice of snaking line from this point until it drained and then flushed with water. Due to unfortunate backup customer experienced after the fact could of been secondary blockage I took it upon myself to refund almost half of my original charge, because I understand how processes like these can be frustrating.

  I had some sewer lines replaced by JWS mechanical. Very pleased with the work, hes honest, provides reasonable prices and a super nice guy! He keeps you in the loop and is dependable. I would definitely hire again for any future needs.

  I had a plumbing issue with my gas line and was not in good shape - couldn't cook or have heat. He came to my house very quickly, gave me a quote overnight, and started work the next day. The responsiveness also was very reassuring. He also made sure to check with People's gas, send them the forms they needed to give me gas back. He also had the work inspected and approved and made sure everything was fine. Overall very satisfied and would return to JWS Mechanical. Thank you so much

  Prompt professional service done at an affordable rate. Understood the urgency of the situation and corrected gas leak from faulty pipe within hours. Have used prior on appliance installation and service is always top notch.V ****** *** **********

  *******************, owner of JWS Mechanical, is professional, efficient, and skilled. He promptly returns calls and texts, and is friendly, smart, and reliable. I contacted him on a Thursday, to ask for a hot water heater installation, and he rearranged his work schedule to complete my job within 3 days. He has experience as both a contractor and a master plumber, and it shows. Happy I found him; very satisfied with his work!
