    I purchased 17 windows with trim from this company in March of 2017. I paid for the entire job, in full, upon installation- $5100.All of these are covered by an all inclusive warranty, per the signed contract.A few years ago we started noticing small leaks around the windows when we had torrential downpours and bad storms. We tried contacting the company then, but never heard back from anyone. Over the past year, all of my downstairs windows have become increasingly drafty; it literally rains through the windows on the front side of the house ANYTIME it rains. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to contact this company for over a year to get these windows fixed. All of the phone numbers that I have found & tried are no longer in service. The emails get returned, or are unable to be sent.Last month I decided to drive to the business to handle this in person; the building is no longer even there, despite the information found all over the internet, including their own pages.I've tried contacting the owner through his personal pages to no avail.I paid over $5000 for windows that didn't even last 5 years, and now 7 years later, are going to cost me even more in damages, as well as finding someone to do the repair. How can you offer warranties with no way for the customer to get in contact with the business?I would really like this business to honor their contract and get a hold of me so that we may discuss options to resolve this matter before I have to take more extreme measures.

    InSTALLED WINDOWS AIR LEAKING THROUGH. CAME BACK AND SAID THEY NEED REHUNG THAT WAS 10 MONTHS AGO PROMISED TO FIX DID NOT, NOW NO RESPONSE

    I signed a contract with them and was told that the work would begin in 2 to 6 weeks. I keep contacting the office to get an update and they always say they'll figure this out and give me a call by the end of the day. Then they never return my call. I also have been contacting the estimator that had me sign the contract and also collected half the money in cash from me ($2,120.64). He hasn't been responding to texts lately and won't answer the phone at all. I even think yesterday (7/6/24) he blocked or kept rejecting my call. The first call rang all the way. Then I tried 5 more times and kept getting half a ring then voicemail. So then I tried my work phone and it rang until reaching voicemail. I have video evidence of him collecting the cash on my porch too. I have yet to receive any updates on when the work will be done. So I told them if I don't hear from them tomorrow (7/8/24) I need a concrete start date with a discount or a full refund with a bonus for wasting my time and losing me $1,200 a month in rent revenue. I've mentioned to them since the very beginning that this is a rental property and it can't be rented out until the windows are installed because all of the old windows don't latch at all and one window is boarded up because there isn't a window in it. I've also emailed the company too which was difficult to find. They don't have an email posted anywhere on their site.I'll attach images. If you need anything else let me know. I hope we can get things settled ASAP.

    I ordered two windows on august 9th 2022. The salesperson names Ryan told me that they would take 3 weeks to come in. After a period of time beyond the 3 weeks I’ve contacted Ryan a few times via different methods as he wasn’t responding and then finally got through to him on the phone and he said there were issues with the company they went through. He said that he was going to reorder from another company and said it would take another 3 weeks. I explained to him that the person I had installing the windows gave me a deadline on when he was able to install them and he promised that they would be here in three weeks. Once again after waiting three weeks, I couldn’t get a response from Ryan again and had to keep contacting different methods until I reached him via phone again and told him I’d like a refund. He said they wouldn’t cancel my order and refund because they were custom ordered. I reached out to the owner and he left a voicemail on my phone saying the same thing and added that they would install the windows for me at a much higher cost then I was going to pay from my original contractor. My contractor has cancelled with me a long while back and has moved away and to this day I still haven’t received my windows. I wish I would have gone to the web and read reviews before choosing this company as there are many negative reviews with similar experiences stating they don’t finish work and fulfill promises. I would like my $658 back as this company has lied to me, ignored me, and never even fulfilled my order. They say they couldn’t cancel my order as it was custom ordered, yet somehow Ryan cancelled the order from the first manufacturer to order from a different one which is pretty contradicting! I would like a full refund and never to deal with these people ever again as they are liars and thieves.

    Thank you for your prompt actions with Windows-R-Us. Your notice to Mr. M****** sparked action from him that more or less resolved the situation. In my conversation with Mr. M******, he mentioned your notice and a phone call from the Attorney General’s Office that he received on Friday and he was quick to try to make things right. The repaired door and a check for $350.00 was delivered yesterday. The weather strip they had with them was no better than the original and didn’t fit properly. I was told that they will get another strip to replace ( Fat chance!).

    Thank you again, I didn’t like the idea of having to contact you and report a local business, but the poor service and follow-up compelled me to do so.  Had I visited the BBB site before I made the purchase and learned of their “F” rating I may have made a different choice. Live and learn!

    Best Regards,fficult to slide the door open. We reported all of the issues, we were told that my original door would be repaired and returned, it has yet to be returned. I contacted the Office of Attorney General and lodged a complaint for mediation. The owner Of Windows-R-Us called me on 9/23/22, upset about my complaint and said he would return the repaired door, with a check for $350.00 to compensate us for the floor damage and the $100.00 up-charge for a gentle tear out. That was over a month ago, no door and no check. We missed the opportunity to sell the door so,we expect a compensation check of $2,150.00 from Windows-R-Us.
