    I recently took m SUV to AAMCO 201 S.Euclid Ave 15206 Even thought on AAMCO'S web site states that there the only local shop that accepts extended warranties I was told that they don't except them also

    In February 2022 took my truck to Aamco to be serviced. I spoke to Don and was told my transfer case needed replaced. The claim was called under warranty. After I pick my my truck up about a month into driving it. I realized the same issue was occuring. I called the shop and Don told me to bring it back. I was not able to bring it back due to not having another car. In Sept 22,2022 it was tow back to Aamco, it wouldn't start. I had them look at the transfer case. The next day Don told me my key was the reason it didn't start, the transfer case was a GMC issue. I immediately called silverrock they wanted Aamco to start the claim, Don refused to start the claim said they don't work with silverrock anymore. Don told me to take my truck to GMC. I spoke to the GMC front desk tech Bryce. Had the truck towed to GMC Cochran. The next business day Bryce informed the wrong size transfer case was installed,that it caused damaged to my transmission and exhaust. called Amaco Don and Bryce on 3 way. Don refuse to believe Bryce. I called Aamco Don started trash talking GMC and suggested I take the truck to Bowser
    I called silverrock they suggested I take the truck to a different Aamco. I called Aamco in Stubenville spoke to Chris. Had the truck towed 9/28/22 to Aamco on Stubenville. Chris look over my truck and called the next day 9/30/22 and said they same thing they put the wrong size transfer case, which damage my transmission and exhaust. Chris adv I called Aamco Corp. I called the same day and filed a complaint since then I have called many times. I've gotten one called back, I have not spoken to one manager directly, they have not offer me spare vehicle to drive, my truck is still sitting at the shop and nothing has been done to it. Chris says he is waiting for Corp to give permission to correct the repair. I have spoke to a fleet manager Mike M***. He said he was going to have a lady name Sabrina call the shops, as of 09/28/22 Chris heard nothing from Corp or Mike
