    Communication from Honeycomb is horrible. I made an investment in a local business that defaulted on the loan. I had to chase down information from Honeycomb about what was happening with the investment and they were not helpful at all. They routinely post information on my profile that is inaccurate pertaining to repayment status. I email and ask for help and clarification, and I am clearly "speaking" with a chatbot. I wonder if there are any humans working there? Please save yourself the heartache of investing on this platform. Its shoddy and they are not concerned at all with the investors. In addition the fees they collect from the investor or exorbitant. They call it low cost, but if you don't even make back your principal, let alone the investment returns promised, then it is fact a SCAM. I would make this zero stars if I could.
