I have been waiting for our months for the installation of my screen door. The first time they came to install they said the hinges were on the wrong side, after waiting two months and told me it would take two weeks and then that turned into another two weeks. I have been leaving voicemails, asking to talk to a manager and just get transferred to the service department who doesnt pick up the phone. I also have text messaged and have not received an update. They basically took my deposit and havent provided me any updates. Poor customer service and the tech that came out should have trained more. I just wanted to know if they are ever coming to install or give me my money back since it seems like they are never coming out. They have great reviews but this experience was horrible.PJ Fitzpatrick LLC

0 stars. Got an estimate for a bath remodel. Price seemed high but salesman pushed a $5000 rebate through ****** as a partner. Seemed fishy from start. Lets just say its been almost 7 months and we have been battling ****** for the rebate. Not a word from PJ Fitzpatrick through the entire process. Classic bait and switch.ADVICE: DO YOUR HOMEWORK.PJ Fitzpatrick LLC

My husband and I had our roof and gutter guards done by PJ Fitzpatrick and it was an absolute nightmare. From the scheduling to the installation, to the clean up, to the multiple trips out to fix issues. The roof was done in one day which was nice considering it is a 3200square foot roof. However the project manager never came back to inspect the work and there were multiple issues. Apparently he did not know he was to come back out to inspect the work. When I showed him in black and white that he was to return to inspect the job he asked if he could take a picture of what I was showing him in our paperwork. There was a whole section on the project manager and what their duties are. Complete idiot. We were finding nails, screws and debris all over the yard, driveway and in my flower beds. So the clean up guy came back out, there were multiple trips to fix the flashing around the chimney and to re-caulk areas. They broke one of my rose bushes and smashed down many of my flowers in my one flower bed. The roofers never attached our coopulas correctly and they also damaged our sun tunnel sky lights. And then there are the gutter guards which is a joke as well. That crew came back out and didnt fix a thing and then had the audacity to urinate in my yard in plain view. Mind you no one speaks any English. Then another project manager got involved, He stated he was basically going to bend over backwards to make us happy. That was funny! After multiple visits, texts and emails we settled on a reimbursement total. At this point we just wanted to be done with the company. Again it took multiple texts with the project manager to get the refund check sent. It was ALWAYS an excuse. This is the shorter version of the story but the company is horrible at customer service and they pride themselves on their 5 star reviews again, so funny. We were promised many things and none of it happened except for getting our roof done in one day. Please do not use them for anything!!!!PJ Fitzpatrick LLC

I apologize, I have taken the feedback and forwarded to the management team. A general manager should be reaching out to discuss the concerns shortly.Review fromDonald H

PJ Fitzpatrick left a flyer in my mail box (which I believe is a Federal offense) stating "their men and equipment will be in your area, I can offer you a discount if we schedule at this time." Later in the flyer it said to "call my office at xxx-xxx-xxxx as soon as possible to schedule a free estimate." I called and after being on the phone for 15 minutes, I was informed there is a $65 fee for estimates. How does this company advertise a BBB accredited (A + Rating)?PJ Fitzpatrick LLC

The flier that you received was a Direct Mail piece that we send out through the ****. We also do have a diagnostic fee for small jobs/repairs, but that's standard for many companies in the industry.Review fromJane C

I am totally unhappy with this company. The repair person came to inspect the gutters and had concluded that there was an issue with drainage. The gutters were overflowing and causing water to leak into the basement. He contacted his manager and assured me someone would be in touch with me within the next couple of days.I never heard a word from the manager or anyone else. I had to call them to check on the status on resolution and was told someone would contact me. Again, I heard a word from anyone with an update.I began calling everyday and finally received a call back from the ********** manager 2 weeks after the initial inspection of the issue which was determined an issue by the consultant sent on sight.I am very unhappy with this company and would NOT recommend them to anyone for anything.PJ Fitzpatrick LLC

Improper installation of four windows. Three are just a minor defect, probably not an issue but possibly easy to correct, if only PJ Fitzpatrick cared about customer service. One is an impactful defect, which was identified the day of the installation but not corrected. Since then, it's been a never-ending string of broken promises and inaction, they try to wear you down to the point of giving up. Lies, lies and more lies about call-backs and so on. I think they have already written off the prospect of future business from me. So I am left with only the options to hire a lawyer and/or hire a competitor to fix their error. For what it's worth, they talked a really good game in the sales pitch about commitment to the customer and they did indeed have good communication in the early phase of the project. But once that final payment clears, you are on your own. Do not pay up front. Do not pay the balance until you are 100% satisfied and have had time to thoroughly inspect the installation.PJ Fitzpatrick LLC

They must make $ off those who they can take advantage of by using either their incorrect financing verbiage or by discomfort & pressure that their salespeople create. Great experience on phone when scheduling someone to come give us quote, but guy who actually came out to our house was terrible. Extremely pushy used car salesman type that wreaked of cigarettes & TONS of cologne (had to air out our kitchen for hours after he left, even had to throw away pen he used to write down pricing he gave because pen even stank of cologne so bad). Our very happy small dogs who normally swarm visitors went over to greet him & instead of their usual routine of insisting to be pet, all 3 dogs went into another room & silently watched this guy the entire time with tails lowered & wouldn’t go near him again. As for financial side… first, their quote was double that of all other quotes we’ve gotten. What should be around $5k job was quoted $10k. BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE, for limited time only, if you sign commitment TONIGHT we’ll lower to $8,936 including tax which you can finance for 12 months @ 0% OR monthly payment of $93 including interest. I would love to know what kind of math they teach their salesmen because common core math adds up better. @ $93/mth, even if it was just principal & no interest included in that, to pay off $10k alone would take a long time, but he conveniently left out length of loan term & stated that payment included 9.99% rate, which even with interest rates rising you’d be better off getting HE loan. He then gave us his personal cell # even though he’s “not supposed to do this (wink wink)” & asked us to call him tonight once both spouses were home so we could seal the deal. He was so pushy that my husband texted me to not come home until he was gone despite already being on my way home from work. Manager was empathetic until we questioned the math, then he got short with us and his personable demeanor disappeared faster than our desire to hire them.PJ Fitzpatrick LLC
