    This place will NOT tell you up front what your insurance covers and does not, nor will they tell you what is an additional cost. They're the ONLY place I've been in 12 years that says my eye appointment wasn't fully covered by my exam coverage and there was a "contact lens ASSESSMENT FEE". They also have some of the highest markup on contact lenses and frames alike I've seen for a while. Too bad the doctor was great because the glorified secretary that says she "IS" the "BOSS" of the place is snarky, ill mannered, and probably 90% of the problem with the place. I had my insurance pull back my claim from them so it was THEIR waste of time and money for their poor business practices.
