    I manage a small trailer park and we hired them to install a flow meter for our sewage system, which was court mandated by the DEP with a deadline attached. They were made fully aware of this. They promised us they would install the meter and ensure it was fully functional and the job site cleaned up before the deadline. They did not adhere to the contract they drew up. They were paid in full but only completed half the work. They also stole some of my equipment. Criminal charges have been filed against them for Theft by Deception. A civil case will be filed to get our money back since we had to pay someone else to finish the job. They are con artists.
