  AgriBilt Building Systems sets the bar high for agricultural structures. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to set up my Quonset hut building. The fact that it requires no additional equipment or skilled labor made the process a breeze. Kudos to them for such user-friendly products!

  Keystone Steel Buildings, LLC’s AgriBilt metal barns are a superb choice for any farmer. The prefabricated Quonset huts are made in the USA and offer top-quality, durable construction. These barns are simple to erect without extra equipment, thanks to their all-steel design and clear span construction. This ensures a fully usable space with no internal obstructions.   AgriBilt’s prefabricated steel barns from Keystone Steel Buildings, LLC are fantastic. These Quonset hut buildings are made in the USA and are incredibly easy to assemble without any additional equipment. Their all-steel construction and clear span design mean no posts or beams, providing maximum usable space. The affordability and quality of these barns are unmatched, saving both time and money.   Glad I seen this company name. Agribilt is a company that sells buildings they buy from another company. Keystone steel shows up on my bank statement so I checked it out and saw who it was. They did a high pressure sale on me. They said I guy bought three buildings but the county wouldn't let him put up the third one. That should have been the red flag for me. Apparently they didn't and don't give any kind of refund for any reason. So if the guy bought two buildings and the third one was still at the factory, and or at their warehouse why wouldn't they give the poor guy a refund. So after the high pressure sales I bought it from them apparently at a super discount. Well I ran into a pretty big problem and tried to get a refund. No way they said. But I got worse,they lied about the delivery date and set up a deadline or I would have to pay more. Well I still have the building, been trying to sell it for what I have into it. Not one single hit in over a year. Either the competition has better buildings or better pricing. After getting a really bad vibe from them when I asked if I could get the refund I started wondering they even got my number. I'm guessing they're associated with other companies that sell building as well. Nonetheless I'm still trying to sell the building and have few hopes that it's worth what I payed. I wouldn't recommend anybody doing business with company Agribilt, Clearbilt, Easybilt or Keystone steel. They're all, in my opinion, the same company using multiple names. The other reason I would not invest with them is there was no review at all on the page I found.

  Hi ****: We appreciate your feedback. This is our first BBB customer-complaint in ************************************************* detail. OUR IDENTITY: Our BBB listing clearly lists Keystone Steel Buildings as a ************** that owns 3 additional trademarks: AgriBilt, ClearBilt, and EasyBilt. The reason we have different brands, is that we have different styles of steel building systems; consequently, the different styles have different brand names. This is very apparent if you look at our information on the BBB website, so I am not sure what your assertion is here. Our company information is certainly transparent and available for public access. REFUNDS: You assert that we would not provide a deposit refund upon request, but you left out critical facts. First, we have a signed contract that clearly addresses our no-refund policy. You agreed to this! You also, again, voluntarily signed subsequent contract-revisions multiple times to include additional materials, **************************** per your requests. You added an end wall system, sliding door system, outer curved angle set, and the commercial base connector mounting system. Our records indicate not only the original contract, but also 4 revisions. We procured all the additional materials and labor in good faith and ahead of payment. We simply expected to be paid on delivery by cashiers check, as agreed. DELIVERY: The delivery date was contracted as 4/30/22. According to our electronic call roster, ***** contacted you on 4/20/22 at 10:56 am with delivery details. Despite the revisions, we were on-time and ready to deliver. You declined the delivery stating you were not ready because you were waiting local approval on your plans and did not have a contractor lined up. You asked us to call back 3 to 4 weeks later. You were informed that we were entering the busy season and could not guarantee we would have a delivery slot if you declined the April slot that we reserved for you. ***** again called you on 5/18/22 at 10;24 am and successfully scheduled delivery. At that time, you asked us to separate the materials with wood blocks so each lift would not exceed ***** lbs. We accommodated this request free-of-charge and it was quite a bit of work to unpack and repack the order. We only had a mid-June delivery slot, which you agreed to. CONCLUSION: We are surprised to hear your dissatisfaction. When you attempted to cancel on 5/10/22, you indicated it was for personal reasons, not anything unsatisfactory on our end. In an attempt to help you, I drafted a modification to the contract that would have allowed you to walk from the contract without the full effect of the contractual consequences. You declined my assistance and later agreed to take delivery. If the BBB needs our internal documents and e-call log to substantiate our comments, I will be happy to submit them. I am not sure what changed ****, but I think its only fair you let the general public know your frustrations are your own and have nothing to do with us or our products. We hold ourselves accountable and do what we say, which we did every step of the way. We simply expect others to do the same.
