    Totally a 5-star job on rehabbing our chimney! Workers arrived on the day scheduled at 9:00. Not long after, we were notified that the original estimate would be reduced, as some of the anticipated problems were not present. Plus no scaffolding was necessary. Within two minutes the phone rang, and it was the boss himself, to say the cost would be reduced by a significant sum. At 3:30, we were told the job was completed, and shown the results. An extra touch was that the metal baffle (to deter squirrels and birds from getting in), which was rusted, had been given a coat of Rustoleum, so preserve it. Do not remember a time when the service was better, and the results more pleasing.--and that includes all the personnel! A truly marvelous experience, with wonderful results. Totall
