    I dropped off my power washer on may 5th, 2022 because my pump was leaking. They told me I needed a new pump and would get a quote for me. They called me a couple days later to tell me that the power washer was done and it was $270.61. I was disappointed that I was not quoted a price before the work was executed as promised. I brought the power washer home to find out that the new pump was leaking worse than before. Since they promised a warranty to me as long as I maintained the receipt, I returned the power washer to the business for repairs. They called me a few days later to tell me that a part was broken off the new pump and they need that part for warranty. I told them I didnt have any sort of broken part. They said they would get back to me. Two weeks later I was called and told that my power washer repairs were complete. Upon bringing home the power washer, I turned it on to find out that they did no repairs and that the power washer was still leaking in the same spot. I called back and was told that it was not their problem and that the warranty was void because of the broken part on the pump. They said that the power washer was fine when it left the shop. I asked them why they called to tell me the power washer was completed a second time when they did nothing and they couldnt provide an answer. $270 down the drain and 4 wasted trips back and forth to their shop along with countless phone calls. 0/5, worst customer service ever, I do not recommend.
