"The room that I had booked at motel 6 in ******* pa, was not the room that was shown to me, I was shocked to say the least, the room was small it had no ac, no blanket, no shower door, even though they said I would have a tub, when I told the man behind the counter he chuckled at me, I was told there was not refunds or room changes, so when I checked out the manager told me to go f$&k myself, that I will not be getting any f@&king money back and flipped me off, at that point she tried to physically come after me and made remarks about my looks, this person shouldnt hold any position working with the public, there was blatant drug usage out in the open, random people standing and sitting around the building, that nasty woman needs to be fired as well as the other woman that is her assistant, Ive made several calls to *********** and spoke to a man named ******* who just hung up on me, something needs to be done about this company."
