    We sent them toners on Sept. 2023 and we still haven't received payment from them. They do not respond to emails and the phone goes directly to answering machine. We left several messages and sent them so many emails but did not get any response from them. They would constantly email and call us before sending the toners and now they are nowhere to be found. Do not send them any supplies. You will never get paid for them!

    I would never work with this company if I were you - We mailed toner to them which they were to pay ** for. They confirmed they received it BUT was going to send less money because we did not include all toner we agreed upon. I told them have warehouse look again as we DID send everything. On 5/25 they confirmed I was correct, they received everything we mailed. It is now 10/20/23 way past their promised 30 days and all I have to show for this transaction are multiple email requests and failed phone calls TO them asking where our money is. One star is in my opinion is too good for them,

    I sent product on May 15, 2023. I have not received payment after 45 days and I am unable to reach anyone at the company to speak with. I don't like to give negative reviews but I would like the money I am owed in a timely manner or at least be able to talk to someone about it. They were easy to get hold of before I sent merchandise to them. Now they are unreachable.

    I just want to be paid for the product I sent them. Numerous phone calls to an answering machines and emails with no responses.
