  We hired TCC for a remodel of our master bathroom. Our previous bathroom was original to the home from 1935, so this project required experience working with older homes and construction methods. The TCC team was fantastic from start to finish. Our bathroom required new plumbing/insulation/subfloor/tile/outlets - all of which were installed with precision and using the generally accepted best methods (e.g. Schluter shower system). Whilst we picked our own design and fixtures, the TCC team helped us configure everything to our preference and finalize minor details as we went. They also proposed a few accents which made the most of our space. The TCC team is very organized and respectful. My SO and I both work from home, so this was very important for us. Daily and weekly plans were always communicated to us, they cleaned up every evening after work, noise was never a distraction. I would recommend this group to anyone and we plan to use them in the future for other projects.

  We had an excellent experience with Three Cross Construction turning our side porch into an office. Maintaining the integrity of the existing structure was important to us and TCC walked us through the design process and helped us choose a design and products to accomplish that. The crew was hard working and incredibly respectful of our space as they were in and out of our home. TCC is honest and responsive and we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor on their next project!

  **** and his team did excellent work. They removed my old concrete porch that was crumbling and rebuilt it better than before with a new and improved landing. Also replaced a sidewalk of pavers with a new concrete sidewalk which they widened and raised; they added dirt and planted grass when they were finished. The job exceeded my expectations immensely. They were friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

  Just had our deck refurbished. Three Cross Construction completed the work quickly and professionally.We wouldnt have any other company work on our home in the future. It was a pleasure working with them and our dilapidated deck has been transformed.********************

  On multiple jobs Three Cross Construction has shown that they are a honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and the quality of their work is great. They will work with you to get your project done. They are very diligent about communicating and keeping the customer informed about every aspect of the project. I will definitely be using them any other future projects.
