      Had to fight with **** to refund my money, after this restaurant accepted the order but told me to cancel after the driver arrived, because it was never received. Although the restaurant admitted this had happened to several other customers this week, it told me it was not their problem and they could do nothing about it. Nevertheless, **** stated the restaurant was the one that charged me (not Uber), so I did not deserve the refund.No one I spoke with seemed remotely concerned, and one employee mocked my concern that they were stealing my money, because they are a multi-million-dollar company and dont need to. Terrible experience thay was, at best, rude, and actually seemed fraudulent. Would give zero stars if possible.
