      Wexford is forcing me into working for them by saying I am locked into a year long commitment because, I inadvertently filled out an online profile, thinking I had to in order to review jobs, I am new to travel nursing and simply filled out an online application thinking that is how I viewed job postings, I did not see, nor is it posted on the web site, that simply filling out an application makes you not eligible for any other nursing recruiters ( such as genie or maxim etc) to be able to see you, submit you, or apply you to any correction jobs in ********. The other nursing sites say that it is just a known thing that Wexford does this. This is truly a horrible thing and can be construed as a monopoly or an underhanded move put forth by Wexford that the public is not aware of. What is happening to me is just inconceivable and I do not wish this to happen to anyone else , because of what Wexford is doing I cannot move forward in my career path, I do not want a full time position with Wexford. I need a contract for travel and simply want the online profile I filled out cancelled, this is not asking a lot and should not be this ungodly difficult. These are monopolizing and shady tactics that are being utilized by the Wexford Healthcare cooperation. I have NEVER signed a contract, never did a verbal contract, never even spoke to a recruiter before today, all I did was fill out an online profile to view jobs and all I want is the profile canceled so I can move forward with other nursing recruiters to help me move forward in my career as a travel RN
