  I had an absolutely terrible experience with 9 University. They scammed me out of $8,000, completely ignoring my emails and calls after taking my money. I trusted them, and they left me in a financially devastating situation. Their lack of communication and accountability is beyond unprofessional—it’s fraudulent. I urge anyone considering doing business with them to stay far away. They do not care about their customers, only about taking your money. Avoid at all costs!

  I want to bring to your attention the deceptive and unethical practices of Nine University, a company that purportedly offers an online course and software designed to help individuals grow their online businesses using Amazon. I fell victim to their misleading advertisements promising exclusive access to cutting-edge software, 24/7 mentoring from professionals, and guaranteed success if their program was followed diligently. To add a personal touch, they even sent personalized videos using my name and other personal details to build trust and persuade me into their program. I invested substantial time and money, following their program rigorously for over a year. I not only purchased their course but also spent thousands of dollars on products from a factory in China, as per their recommendations. However, the promises made by Nine University turned out to be false. All the products I listed on Amazon were removed, my account was flagged, and I was left without any support from the Nine University team, despite their initial claims of 24/7 assistance. What is even more alarming is their blatant disregard for customer concerns. Numerous individuals, including myself, have raised issues and questions on their Facebook pages, only to be met with silence. Nine University has now gone a step further by adding clauses to their terms of service, seemingly preventing customers from seeking legal recourse for their actions. Additionally, they have deleted all their Facebook pages and stopped responding to any form of communication from their so-called "students." I believe it is crucial to hold Nine University accountable for their deceptive practices and lack of support to their customers. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Nine University to protect consumers from falling victim to their false promises and manipulative tactics.

  Worst experience of my life, I believe everything they said. Took my money I was trying to make extra money Im a single mother and they didnt care to take my savings. Im sure many have been scammed. I wish there was a way to get my money back!

  I think in my own personal opinion its not what was advertised when I first bought it. They mislead you with how much money you need upfront to get everything up and going. Then add on extra courses and tools you need to buy to stay up with competition. Then the added tools cost monthly. Not even telling if your first product will work or not. Think it was around 5 grand in all.

  The people at this company are thieves!!! Do not buy there products!! They will tell you exactly what you want to hear to get you into there programs then not give you what your paid for. I was promised a lot of perks on the sales call but ended up with something completely different. I asked for a refund and they told me no and stopped talking to me. They just want your money and then they dont care about you anymore!

  They stole 5,800 from me after telling them that i lost my brother then Mother and i was not going to ne able to do this !! I wrote , talked , emailed and finally asked for my money back or most of it and nothing !!! They never helped me !!!! They tried to ge more out of me for jump start. I find this just disgraceful that they were not understanding at all and kept my money !!
